What is an Emergency?

Ask yourself: Is this stopping an event that is happening right now?

If yes, it's an emergency — text us at (484) 930-3433. This includes things like:


  • Playbook site is down at any time
  • Customers can't pay or register during an active on-sale
  • Payments are processing incorrectly and money is at risk
  • A site or dashboard outage during an event that's underway or starting within hours


If it can wait a day without affecting your event or participants, email us at support@playbook365.com and we'll get back to you the next business day. This includes things like:


  • Setup, configuration, and "how do I" questions
  • Edits to an event or page that isn't live yet
  • Adjusting a single registration or payment (refund, correction, transfer)
  • Reporting, reconciliation, or payout questions
  • Typos, display issues, or anything with a workaround
